I received an e-mail informing me that I did not confirm my seats on time. What can I do ?

When we distribute seats for an event, each fan has a limited amount of time to confirm his/her request. If your time limit expires, we will distribute the tickets to the next person on the Wish List. This system is set up in order to distribute all available seats.

To ensure that you do not miss the confirmation time, you can provide your mobile phone number in your personal account information, in order to be alerted by text message when seats have been distributed to you.
