Why were my tickets not sent to me immediately upon my confirmation?

Tickets will not be sent by post or email.

When you are distributed seats, you will be asked to confirm your attendance in a limited amount of time. By clicking on the link in the email, you will be redirected to the We Are Tennis platform where you will be able to confirm your tickets. Once your tickets are confirmed, you will be able to download and print your voucher.

This voucher is to be exchanged on the day of the event at the place indicated on your voucher.
